- We will give a refund if your credit card is erroneously charged for any extra amount.

You must initiate a revision request, if needed, within 72 hours of receiving your paper. When you receive a revision you must initiate a subsequent revision request, if needed, within 72 hours of receiving the revised paper. If you receive your paper, or a revision and do not initiate a revision request within 72 hours, then we will consider the paper final and accepted. Any subsequent revision requests will be entertained at the sole discretion of the Writing Department.
- If you must have a different revision framework, you must elaborate it in the description field of the order form. The Writing Department will then make a decision if it wants to entertain such revision schedule, or to deny your order and issue a full refund.
